Kathryn (KC) Cloyd

Kathryn Cloyd (“KC”) is a Senior Finance Executive with comprehensive expertise in credit risk management, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, risk analysis, contract negotiation, team mentoring and development, and strategic planning. She most recently served as the Vice President of Commercial Credit for Exelon/Constellation’s Retail and Wholesale energy businesses. In that role, KC oversaw the team responsible for making front end customer and counterparty credit decisions for Constellation’s Retail C&I Power and Gas, Mass Markets and Distributed Energy products, as well as Constellation’s Wholesale power and gas Trading and Origination and Nuclear Fuels.
