Gabriel Garcia Reyes started his own law firm in 2013 having previously worked for ACE Fianzas Monterrey for over 14 years. Gabriel is specialized in surety laws and litigation and provides legal advisory in underwriting of surety bonds as well as structuring and obtaining guarantees to secure fulfillment of obligations with companies both in the private and public spectrum. Gabriel has a degree in law by the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey and holds a Master in Tax Law by the Universidad de Nuevo Leon in Mexico
