Victor Ureta is Director of Risk and Operations for Mexico at Acclaim Energy Advisors LLC in Houston. He has with more than 15 years of experience in risk management in Europe and North America. Victor Ureta began his career in energy risk management at EDF (Electricite de France) Trading in London where he contributed to the development of the market risk management practice. In 2010, Victor was transferred to EDF Trading North America to perform a similar function and support the development of electricity and gas retail activity for commercial and industrial clients of EDF in the US. Before joining Acclaim Energy, Victor Ureta worked as a Risk Manager for Mexico at InterGen Energy Services (now Saavi Energia).
