The use of fianzas (surety bonds) as a form of collateral is quite extended in Mexico, often even used for the Mexican subsidiaries of large multinationals.  However, few risk practitioners have a good understanding of the process to claim a fianza in Mexico.  This webinar will provide an insight on how the claim process works with attendees receiving an explanation on the different steps needed to claim a fianza and the nuances thereof.
